9 Steps to Personal Manifestation

9 Steps to Personal Manifestation

l thought it would be a good idea to share some really positive ideas in regards to manifesting your heart desire.

1. The Power Of Clarity

Being clear and specific about what you want in your life is a key element to creating the life you desire. If we are not clear and specific, then our mind does not have the right information necessary to organize itself for if an opportunity presents itself! So taking the time out to clearly define what you want, will definitely give our brain/ mind a road map for your success.

2.  The Power of Purpose

Since antiquity, the ancient philosophers, sages shaman, gurus, and wise men /women, have specified that each human is here for a purpose, to evolve and create on this earth plane. A purpose; that will enhance the lives of those around them and bring them the greatest joy and deepest fulfillment in the process.

3. The Power of Intention

Life responds to our true intention. When we really want something to occur, the universe tends to move toward us, fulfilling our dreams, aspirations, and vision. If our intention is aligned to universal principles -- i.e. if our energies are intensely directed toward the pursuit of a specific vision over time -- the universe not only responds but does so rapidly, fulfilling our deepest dreams, aspirations. From this, we see that there may be no greater means for success and accomplishment in our life than the power of our intention.

When we have a clear knowledge of what we want to accomplish, and our emotions fully support it, align to universal principles, then our intention takes on an energy of its own. If we then make a determined, persevering effort to carry out our heart's desire, we generate an irresistible vortex that quickly attracts situations, circumstances, events, and people into our lives.

When we focus on accomplishing something, then our intention takes shape. When our intention is directed, -- i.e. when we intensely want something to occur and sustain that attention over time -- the universe will bring us opportunities, coincidences, serendipity, situations, circumstances, events, and people into our lives, to help us build our Vision.

4. The Power Of Vision

The unique benefit of having a clear vision is it will give you DIRECTION and Intention.  Vision gives you, your own navigational system of your life.

As your mind can see your intention, your destination, and your energies are rallied to move in that direction with relentless passion.  Think of a Champion – can you imagine what all they had to sacrifice in order to get to be a Champion?  Think of the hours of practice, the blisters, the failures, the mistakes, the disciplines, the determination required.  Why?  Because they are focused on a Vision, they have envisioned themselves as a Champion, winning the gold for their country and that dream becomes the compass for their lives.

Having a powerful Vision has a way of prioritizing your core values.  A clear vision has the power to bring about what’s most important to the surface of your schedule and lifestyle.  Having a clear vision makes it easy to weed out of your life those things that stand in the way of achieving what matters most.  Vision empowers you to move purposefully in a predetermined direction.  Once you have clarified your vision, then intuitively you will begin organizing your knowledge toward your predicted course.  Without vision, your life will be misdirected.

5. The Power of Faith

Why is it important to have faith in yourself?

When you have faith in yourself, your imagination will prompt ideas that propel you towards achieving your vision, dreams, and aspiration. Affirmation and visualization will help you believe in your Vision. Tell yourself constantly that you will succeed, and always envision yourself succeeding, that is true Faith in yourself.

In addition to having an intense desire for financial freedom, or other personal success, you also must have faith in yourself and your ability to achieve your Vision.

Faith is one of the most important keys to converting our thoughts into reality. Faith works on a subconscious level and helps move you toward your dream

If you have faith in yourself and your plans to achieve wealth, it will prompt ideas, intuition, hunches, and associations that will help you towards your personal success.

But if you lack faith and believe the opposite, you’ll defeat yourself.

By berating, belittling, and chastising yourself, lower your personal vibration, increase self-doubt, and pessimism.

For instance, if you believe that you’re doomed to poverty due to forces beyond your control, this negative belief will overwhelm your mind. It will block out positive thoughts and desires that could help you overcome your circumstances, and you will fail to improve your current circumstances.

So to achieve your Vision, it’s important to develop faith to propel you toward it and inspire others to work with you. You can build faith in yourself through affirmation and visualization ( autosuggestion) — that is, by constantly telling yourself you can succeed and by envisioning yourself succeeding.

Eventually, through repetition, come to believe the affirmations and visualization you repeat to yourself. If you write down your VISION and repeat it frequently by reading it out loud, you’ll reinforce it in your mind and convince your subconscious to act on it. This is having faith in yourself.

You can go a step beyond envisioning yourself succeeding by acting as though you already have the thing you want. Your mind takes on the nature of the thoughts that dominate it. Because your mind can distinguish what is real and unreal. For example, visualize eating a lemon for 5mins, sense the psychological and physiological changes taking place within you.

If you find it difficult to build faith in yourself, or you lack self-confidence, you can change that, and increase your chances of success, by doing and repeating the following affirmations:

  1. I know within myself I have the ability to achieve my heart desire, my vision for my life.
  2. I will concentrate my thoughts for 15- 30 minutes a day on the person I intend to become.
  3. I will spend 12 minutes a day demanding self-confidence from myself.
  4. My Vision demands that I develop self-confidence to achieve it.
  5. I will cultivate positive thoughts toward myself and others. I have faith that I will change my thoughts and my subconscious mind, by becoming self-reliant and successful.

6. Burning Desire

What does burning desire mean? It means that you will do everything in your power to achieve your life vision/ purpose, and you will not give up during the process irrespective of the obstacles you may encounter.

Having desires and wishes is the most vital (first) step of your successful journey. A burning desire is the starting point of any personal accomplishment. It may sound unreasonable but most people, do not have a strong desire for anything. Those who know the power of a burning desire of what they want and go after it usually get what they want. Human nature is to want. However, if our "want to" is not bigger than our circumstances then we'll live a limited life.

7. The Power of Belief

What is a belief? It’s a feeling of certainty about what something means to you. Beliefs create the mental road maps that guide us toward our goals and give us the power to take massive action. The challenge is that most of our beliefs are generalizations about our past, as well as false and limiting beliefs.

Often we are unconscious about our beliefs and how those beliefs affect our psychology, our emotional faculties, habits, behaviors, and actions. Our limiting beliefs can cause us to miss out on the things that we want most and our empowering beliefs can drive us toward the life of our dream. What is a goal that you have always wanted to achieve and haven’t? Why haven’t you? Whatever your reason, there’s always a limiting belief. The first step in replacing old, disempowering beliefs with new, empowering enriching beliefs.

8. The Power of Acceptance

The Power of Acceptance is not about denying our histories but understanding the power of the present moment, surrendering to the Power of Now. That is not to say that you give up hoping for dreams, aspirations, and expectations. . Let go and let the universe, doesn't mean to surrender, it just means saying yes to Now. As we know the past is unchangeable and the future is yet to come, so the power of accepting the Power of Now, trusting the process, and the flow of the universe.  The question is, can you accept who you are at this present moment? Where you are on your life’s path? Can you love all that you are and all that is at this present moment? Can you trust the Divine, Great Spirit, Infinite Intelligence etc. Can you trust the process? Can you look around and in the mirror and say, “This is okay!”? This is what acceptance is–Awareness, the Observer, the Witness. Just by acknowledging this, is enough to put  a wind in your sail.

You cannot realize your dreams if you can’t accept the Power of  Now. Acceptance is a stepping stone that you cannot jump over if you are to move on and create your heart desire.

9. The Power of Action

If you've got a Vision you're hoping to bring to life or an idea that you want to manifest, this is exactly what you need. l'll walk you through it step by step. If some of the steps don't feel like a good fit for you, that's okay. Just use what is helpful and leave the rest.

SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Trackable.  The acronym SMART can help us to remember these features of good goal-setting. If our goal is not SMART, it may be harder to take action. Moreover, if it's not specific enough, we might not really know where to start. Or, if the goal is not meaningful enough, then we might not be motivated to do it.

Before taking action, ask yourself these pertinent questions about your goal or the desired result you're hoping to achieve.

  1. What exactly is your goal? See if you can clearly articulate exactly what you hope to accomplish.
  2. Why are you pursuing this goal? Why does it matter to you? What will achieving this goal do for you?
  3. Who is involved in this goal? Are there any people who might help you from achieving the goal?
  4. How will you achieve this goal? What are the actions that you'll need to take to reach the goal? Do you have the skills to take these actions? How will you do what you need to do?
  5. When will you pursue this goal? Do you have the time to work on the goal? What specific times will you work on it? Day, evening, weekends?

Once you're clear about your goal, write down the small incremental steps you plan to take. The more detail you can include, the better. By writing down exactly what we plan to do, it may become clearer if there are any loopholes in your plan.

Once you know your goal and your action steps, schedule them in your phone, or calendar. Be sure to block out enough time for each step, and ideally, leave some extra time for if life hits you on the blindside. If you feel like you still need more time to plan or clarify your goals, schedule that time separately. The time you set aside for taking action should be used on just that: action.
